Refund Policy

At Renaissance Hustlers, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. We do not offer refunds on any orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

 

Refund Eligibility:
 

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• The order received is incorrect due to our mistake.

 

To request a refund, please email support@renaissancehustlers.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom-printed items

• Orders with incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size or color selection)

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
