REFUND POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

Since all items at Renaissance Hustlers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Exchange Eligibility:

  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email support@renaissancehustlers.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

 

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
